Today i was refused to send my letters in that specific post office. I had 12 letters to send, all prepaid and guy had to only scan and print receipts for it. Reason - too much from one person.(???) I didn't know there is any limit per person....Guy was very rude and aggressive.

Fantastic service at this post office.. I actually make an effort to always go to this post office even though not always convinient as the main guy there is always friendly, helpful and considerate. I always see him helping customers out with a smile on his face! Couldn't recommend enough ☺️

I prepaid for a parcel and he didnt accept it because it weighted 35 grams over 2 kilos! So it was 2035 grams on his scale and he refused to accept it! What can I say...i am taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted to post laptop with full insurance and initially guy said I have to use parcel force instead of royal mail because weight was 2.5kg. And he said it will cost of min £50 to cover insurance plus £15 postal charge, hence £65 total. So I decided not to post, then he called somebody on the phone and said to me that, he can post using royal mail special delivery with just £29 including full insurance and postal charge. He was not sure that we can send parcel of 2.5kg using royal mail. So be careful

If i could give a 0 for today's visit i would.
Took my 92yr old father in today with a cheque he had signed to withdraw some cash with identification (bus pass) which has never been a problem before but today was refused. After asking if the cheque could be played into my account then i could withdraw the cash this was also refused.So we left without any money.(our money!)
Perhaps in future you could notify of any withdraw changes etc.
Shame because in 25yrs of banking with you the Girls & other staff members have always been lovely & helpful...

Went into this branch on 20/04/2018 to pay in some cash and a couple of cheques. Whilst waiting for the cashier I was approached by a member of staff, not a cashier, who asked if he could help me, I politely told him 'no thanks I'd rather wait for the cashier'. In response to this, the member of staff very rudely told me 'they are not called cashiers any more they're called CSAs'. I could not be bothered to dignify this rude and completely uncalled for behaviour by even responding to it, so I ignored the rude moron and carried on queuing. However, as the queue moved forward I turned around slightly only to see a massive great sign (see photo), pointing at the cashiers, and reading "Cashiers"!
So, just in case anyone from Lloyds bank actually reads these, I have a couple of tips for you:
1) Don't change the names of things for absolutely no good reason, just to pretend you're doing something useful - everyone knows what a cashier is and does, no one (outside Lloyds bank) knows what a CSA is!
2) If you are going to change the name of something for no good reason, don't let your staff rudely tell people off for using the old name for that thing that they have been using for years!
3) If you are going to change the name of things for no good reason, and employ rude staff who are going to tell people off for using the old name for that thing, DON'T EMBARRASS YOURSELVES BY LEAVING UP THE OLD SIGNAGE!

I have been a customer with Lloyd's for almost 50 years. (35 of them with this branch.). I have always had good service and they have always been helpful and polite to me. I have not had any problems at all. Parking can be difficult at times as there are limited spaces but I don't usually have to wait too long. I try to avoid lunchtime as there is often a queue then but I am lucky to be able to be flexible with times I choose to go.

Not a great experience me and my mother had at this bank today. We came in to pay a bill into another country. The staff member their seemed inexperienced, kept asking us for details, address, name, ref number to recipients?! etc. It was all explained on the letter I gave her at the beginning?! I don't work in the banking world myself so I would not know these specific technicalities myself! She seemed to want to hurry us away, she seemed disinterested in what we wanted help with and therefore didn't care in what we wanted help with, she was a bit brusque and not friendly, as well as a bit bossy, antagonistic, and also lacked clarity in explanation, seemed relatively inexperienced, not good customer service! To be honest the time before though was very good. We had a different staff member before, who was considerably more friendly, courteous, congenial and well mannered, with good customer service skills etc., depends who you see really. If we need help next time, we hope we don't see this one again!? We'll probably go to another bank. Also she had to pay an 'unexpected' £9.50 charge for the use of this service!?

This branch has been the least helpful HSBC branch I have been to, the manager is rude and didn't like it when he was asked why some documents had not been sent to another branch as per their request.
Not only that they seem to be unable to answer emails and telephones, I must have left half a dozen messages on their answer phone and about the same with emails.
The best bit is that they don't even respond to their colleagues or have the respect to even email.
As a result I am changing my branch as there is no way am I being treated like dirt!!!!

Slowest bank branch I’ve ever been too! And theres staff just walking around doing nothing doing there best job to ignore customers! Very frustrating. By far the worst natwest bank I’ve ever been too and slowest in the country I reckon! I’m currently watching staff chat to each other about the weekend while I’ve been sat waiting on my own (only person waiting) for now 30 plus minuets, nobody even acknowledged me the whole time I’ve sat here, not even a polite hello ! I have today visited this branch. As usual the queue was out of the door. I turned around and went to do a couple of chores in the village to return to find the queue was still out of the door. At this point I had no choice but to wait and discovered there was only one Cashier Till open. 40 minutes later I finally reached the front of the queue. You could see the staff were working under pressure but at all times they remained professional. One member of staff did tell myself and another lady that this would be a regular occurrence as they have had to lose another 2 members of staff due to cut backs (decision made my Head Office) so I can only see things getting worse in this branch. How long can the staff keep working under this sort of pressure???? There was also a long wait (an hour) for the information desk .

No parking places for customers, the only space allocated for disabled people at the side of the bank is marked clearly (for employees only). I got soaked wet under the rain and it was difficult to keep balance with a walking stick in one hand and a handbag and an umbrella in the other after being forced to park across the bank in the main busy road. The fallen wet leaves made it slippery and dangerous.
