I am giving a 5 star rating as the company, Chiswick Computers, provided excellent results. I now have my computer back and is working even better than before.
I would recommend them as an excellent local store to repair your computer.
In my case, and perhaps for others, there was the added benefit that they were able to set it up again at my home, which I doubt I would have been able to do myself.

Did a great job - they replaced my broken power supply on an imac and then suggested they upgraded my hard drive - I now have a supercharged imac that has never worked this well. It is lightening fast. The service was good, the advice excellent and the price fair. It took a bit longer than I hoped but that was because they wanted to fully test it before returning it to me.

There is a good reason why this place gets such good reviews - the service and work is excellent! CSD repaired my Mac Book Pro and gave me very helpful and money saving guidance on my iPad 3. They explained the issues with both devices very clearly so that I could make some informed choices about how much to spend on each one. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend CSD.

We left a laptop there for hardware repairs. They couldn't do anything, charged us 45 pounds for the diagnose only (that we already knew). When back home, we discovered that they broke the cover of the cd reader and didn't say anything. I don't recommend this place.

This was my best experience with a computer repair shop working with Salik. I ended up deciding to just purchase a new computer, but they recycled my old computer and gave me the hard drive from the computer free of charge. Such nice employees! I will definitely come back here for any future issues!

Took my laptop in to change the hard drive, and copy and rescue my data, reasonable price quoted, and was done within the time specified, they keep in contact by text but on the 2 occasions I rung them about different issues they got back to me straight away.

Currys PC World is a great electronic shop as it literally has everything there and it even has a phone shop inside the shop, more often known as Carphone Warehouse. I have bought my phone, TV, Gaming Console, Kitchen Items and Security items from here and they have still lasted a long time and they also have lots of great deals and offers there. The staff is a great help as they know the store by heart and are always free to help you. They also give you free gift cards if you buy a new phone worth £20! Overall this is a great place to get your electronic items from.

We saw Beauty and the Beast pantomime - our third panto this winter season. Of the other two, one was a professional show, the other another amateur group. Whilst the others were good, IHDC's production was excellent. Great to see an inclusive group going all out to put on a fantastic show. What's more, it looked liked the enjoyed putting on the production.
We thoroughly enjoyed the show and look forward to next year. Well done.

I work at the hospital next door and I've been using this post office every couple of days ever since I started the job. I have never had a problem, great knowledge of the service by the old man who based to my experience is also the most helpful post office chap ever.

Miserable Unhelpful Staff.
We have to return a tv that we both from eBay 2 weeks ago, at first he told us to bring it after 4:00pm because they don’t have a space for it to store. That’s fine, so I have to wait for my next day off to bring it again, when we bring it he told me that we should bring it to the depot, I told him that I could have done that if he haven’t told me that I should bring it after 4:00pm because the guy collecting parcels is coming @ 4:30pm. I’ve been standing and watching him serving customers for 30 to 40 minutes and He never even smile @ all while serving customer.

What an awful experience I had with the fat lady who served me. On two occasions now of visiting this post office and being served by her, I have found her attitude vile. She acts as if she is doing you a favour! Stay at home or do your bloody job with a smile on your face.

My parcels 32x32x32 Royal mail class as medium size £10 1sr class signed, the get in branch refused to messure my package and wouldn't belive my size I told him and charged me £15 a package. Will not be using again for post office or any other service.

Located inside Co-Op convenience store, at the back. You can collect your Amazon packages from here but you have to present ID, digital formats are not accepted. The staff member is knowledgeable and efficient. Tried her best to get work done as quickly as possible without rushing the customer.

I went to this post office at 5 pm as I have done before to pay some money into my Halifax account some notes and some bags and the lady at the counter was not sure if they took them because she was new and the lady next to her whom I felt with before said yes
Then a lady at a desk a cross the way said banking shuts at 4.pm when I said it was to go into my account personal account she repeat again we do not do banking after 4pm and this new lady should know better I. Front of customers . When I said it was her that she was told by the lady on the next window to do it she just shrugged her shoulders at me

Could be the worst post office in the UK - the queues and speed would test the patience of a saint. Don't even get me started on the 3 self service machines which hardly ever work, or the fact you can stand there for 15 minutes which you have to wait for a member of staff to double check you've done everything properly doing 'self-service' (yes the machines are set up this way, so not really self-service at all) before you can pay.

As all of them are saying, the lady will always try to charge you more by some reason.
She tricks you to pay extra. I have many personal experiences with her.
Fed up with her I finally bought a printer for paying online postage labels.
Last week I had runout of printer ink. So I had to go to her again because there is no other post office in West Drayton or yiewsley area.
But she is the same. She charges me double.
I hope there would be another post office here. I am an eBayer it really cost me a lot.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! This post office is money hungry and do not care at all about service to the customers. Indian lady behind the counter is extremely rude, and has no business dealing with people. She also doesn’t like it if you put her in her place- as I did! And I don’t regret it after reading the other reviews about her. Bring back the old staff they were amazing and helpful and customer service was their priority! Glad I left and didn’t spend my money in there after giving them a piece of my mind. Avoid at all costs and head down to post office across Cowley Rec next to pub- the lovely man is there is a gem and super helpful.

I agree with the first person, who commented about the staff and attitude the lady who is behind the counter first tried to over charge me for a small packet saying I am not allowed to use an envelope thats already has been tracked and never asked me how I want to pay try to charge me £3 I didnt have the money I went to Uxbridge post office instead I was not questioned about the envelope or the marking on the envelope, I just paid the normal postage.
Today was a separate incident she thought I put a envelope in my bag when I went to pay for a larger envelope she just looked at me and said where is the other envelope I said what envelope are you talking about, I showed the envelope that I was going to send to. some one and then she was going to look on CCTV camera just to waste my valuable time she tried to accuse me of stealing an envelope that wasn't the right size I said to her looking and pointining at the envelope which I put back where it belongs. I could of spoke to her my language which is Gujarati to make her shut up she is a rude and very ignorant old woman with no manners and no customer skills knowledge.
She should be fired from that post office the previous post office staff before were better then this old women who doesn't know what she's doing and overcharges people and has a very slow service and very poor customer service. The two men behind the counter are very nice and kind and understanding.
Unfortunately this is only post office in West Drayton that is in use for everyone who needs the post office.

Terrible customer service.I went in there to collect my parcel, I gave my ID and name to the employee over there as those were the instructions provide to me.He asked me if I had a tracking number I said no I asked him if they received a parcel in my name he said no.I then contacted my parcel company who told me that the parcel had already been received by the post office and gave me the same instructions as before I even found the appropriate code to which he again declined I asked him to at least look if there was a parcel in my name to which he turned the computer screen towards me and said that these are the tracking codes the one I received was not the right one although the email was provided by the parcel company I asked him if he wanted me to contact the company again to which he said that he did not want to argue with me.i again contacted the parcel company they said my parcel has been received they event said that they will contact the driver, I went in again told him with a the same tracking code just the first two letters were added on he then said that he has the parcel it was the same code but with two letters in front.if he had looked for the parcel instead of being rude and not checking at all I would have not wasted so much time both of mine and his.The Company needs to provide their employees with better customer service training.

I am appalled and confused that this post office is still open - or at least employs the same woman. She is obnoxious. Last year I made an official complaint to Post Office Counters because I hobbled in, using my zimmer frame and carrying a large parcel, to find the lights were on, but nobody there. I hobbled back outside after about 5 minutes of shouting, to try and get some attention, only to discover her sitting on "her" bench, telling me they were closed. My complaint was the second made that week! I suggest more should be made - especially if she isn't abiding by official opening hours.
Another disgraceful (and practically criminal) thing she did was give me 4 large first class stamps in return for £4, and no change. At the time they cost 96p so I was due 16p back. I challenged her, she said "oh yeah", and gave me my change. OUTRAGEOUS!!

Went there twice on Wednesday where the shop was open however no one was behind the counter. I was told by a woman sitting on a bench outside that the person who works there is on her brake. Between the first and second time I went there was around 1.5 hours. I then went on Saturday to collect my parcel and noticed the the woman sitting on the bench outside was the in fact the person working there. When I asked to collect my parcel she very abruptly said "you will have to wait 5 minutes" her face was also scrunched up and shaking her head. In them 5 minutes she was talking in another language, I am of the opinion that the words she was saying where directed at me. Very snappy and passive aggressive woman, possibly the rudest person I have met upon initial conversation. God knows how she is still employed reading through the other comments. To add, the shop is in a state, filthy, no stock and its absolute carnage behind the counter. The place looks abandoned, would suite being located in Chernobyl. It would be quiet entertaining to see the the shop and the woman on one of them clutter junkie/how clean is your house programs. The woman has the personality of a potato. When I left I wiped my feet as I didn't want to dirty the pavement outside. And to top it all off, my parcel was a pair of trainers what dont even fit me and have to send back!!!!!! Yer my Saturday has been dead sound so far. On a serious note just stay away from her and the shop.

Morons working behind the counter, every single one of them. Every time you visit you are faced with a 30 minute wait to see a clerk. And they all have an attitude, a bit like receptionists at a Doctors surgery, an unjustified air of superiorority...listen woman, you're a cashier at a bank struggling to cope with 5 people in a queue. The manager is spineless too. I've asked to see him or for him to call me multiple times. Never happens.

Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible.
