Great post office and corner shop. Fantastic staff, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Not had great experiences with the main post office in Kingswood. Will definitely be visiting here in the future to send all my post. Open until 1800 on weeknights. There was space to park outside also.

Fantastic we have 2 post offices/stores in tower road north and south and must say this one by the high street (north) is far superior,ran by a lovely couple even have a tiny shop that stocks everything at a normal price even meal deals for lunch,great improvements.

Non professional and rude behaviour from the staff. I went today to post letter.
First they don't have any extra pen to write down on post office desk.
Second, the lady knew that I am writing the address and wanted to send via post but she went to grocery desk and then I came to know that she went for break. The time is 15:49 and she went for break and she will be back in 10 minutes.
This branch always had issues.
I didn't mention it before but today I was compelled to do so.
Not recommended this shop any way.

You won't find a place where the staff are more friendly, the counter to the post office is swift and efficient and they have a regular cashpoint in store that has free withdrawals. I can't fault the stock available for variety, on par with tesco express, and cheaper too, you can try to find a better place, but I can't!

I love Oldland Post Office. It's a really quaint, proper old-fashioned Post Office with lots of character. The staff are lovely and will photo-copy things for you. I particularly like the greetings cards, postcards and books about old Bristol. It nearly always seems to be open as well.

I came away thinking I will not go to that post office again, I found the post office staff took delight in telling you after they have charged you how you could of sent it cheaper if it was flatter or smaller. Asking you what is in the parcel for supposedly security reasons, as if you would tell them there is a bomb in it!!!!!!!!! They only need to know the value of the item not actually what is in it!

Yes, there is often a queue, yes, there is often someone working but not at the counter, but, how do we expect a post office to run smoothly? I find the longer opening hours very useful and appreciate the work put in to ensure my post goes on time and efficiently.

Have just taken 15 minutes to walk to the Tesco post office only to find it shut early yet again. This has happened on numerous Saturdays at around this time over the last couple of months. If you can’t get the staff to work TIL 8pm then change the opening hours so that customers don’t waste their time going there only to find it shut.

Was waiting for 10-15 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me in the queue, and only one position open, and the other 2 closed. A woman was just pottering around behind the woman serving, why not see there's customers who have been waiting ages and open a position? Doesn't customer service come first before admin duties? Obviously not here. I ended up leaving as had to be somewhere and couldn't wait any longer. Awful service!

Great service from the new staff. They are experienced and knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent. I visit every day with a number of parcels and always get a good welcome, even when it is very busy. I've picked up a few useful tips on how to streamline my post including Drop and Go. Much prefer this branch to Kingswood which seems to be slower despite having more counters.

Visited to collect currency I had ordered online which was due for collection yesterday it had not arrived, I returned after the branch had received a delivery still no currency. I asked for help to sort the problem out I was told by the gentleman that he would not help me and he said he was not a representative of the post office, despite the shop being a shop and offering postal services? I have seldom received such unhelpful, rude and disinterested customer care. So sad that the provider of this wonderful community resource has chosen to deliver such poor service on this occasion.

This place is beyond annoying, long wait times, even longer queues. They try and get you to buy their cellotape and post boxes. Even if a parcel fits in the small parcel box but is a mm above the top they get you to pay for medium.

Despite the fact it’s holed up in a corner of WHSmith it’s a pretty decent place. It can often be quite busy and shouldn’t be so small considering it’s catering the population of Kingswood! I went there today to sort some stuff out and I thought it would have the 20 min queue as the shopping centre was so busy (12:30pm = lunchtime!) but there was no one there! I had to spend 25 mins sorting things out with the staff and for the whole time there wasn’t a single person there! The two women who were there were very friendly and helpful especially as some of the help I needed involved sorting a postal order which I’ve never done. It’s a great place but the only reason I’ve rated it 4 stars is because when it gets busy, it’s REALLY busy and it’s just too small to handle that many people.

This post office has an advertised opening time of 8am on the post office website, but the girl behind the counter barks at you like a dog if you ask her if she is open at 8.25am, she replies 9 o clock! Okay... can i get stamps from the lady at the shop till? "If she has some" comes her reply.. So now I'm well perhaps if she doesn't maybe this girl with her lovely attitude will say "if she doesn't have any I will pass a book of stamps her way". Unfortunately that part never took place.
Now onto the lovely older lady on the tills. You were a star and lovely attitude. Got on well with everyone who came in, maybe just maybe in time the little blonde girl in the post office box might learn some manners and rather that just fussing about in there pre 9am. Maybe she will actually do something useful...

Post Office that doesnt seem interested in wanting to take your post would rather not provide required and standard forms kept at all post offices prefer customers to go elsewhere for anything in bulk too much hard work perhaps.

Speechless on the service I received today having to wait for a member of staff being assisted by 2 of her colleagues to sort her own personal bank account while another one had no idea what was going on only to be told when I eventually got served that "staff were customers too!" Went into store to pay in a small amount of cash and got refused outright by the very rude ginger man called Steve. Telling me I cannot pay cash in without ID and that I could not use the app on my phone. I’ve done this transfer many times and I’m well know in the bank but he would still not budge and went on and on about money laundering and you wouldn’t want me to lose my job. I wanted to call head office on the phone provided in the bank and he switched them off telling me they are closing in 15 minutes and would have to call the head office from outside. Very rude angry man which I learnt after is the branch manager.

Find the staff at the HSBC bank in Keynsham very brusk abrupt almost rude they seem to think they are doing you a favour by serving you. I went in the bank to put some money in the account of a friend of mine and walked out thinking I'm so glad i don't bank with HSBC. So sad a little smile and common curtsy goes a long way.
