I have been a customer of GT-systems for many years. Gehric has completed many projects for us including restoring lost data, sourcing PCs and laptops, installation of software, creation of wifi systems and email hosting. We just underwent a total renovation of our home, and Gehric and his team did all the cabling and other installation for the wifi, CCTV installation and television system. All the work was completed to the highest standard. Gehric is always aware of the newest technology and is able to recommend the appropriate systems. He is also always available to help with the small questions that bedevil the non-expert. Horrible experience. Went to buy an iPhone 11, but wasn’t sure if I wanted purple or black. The staff had a ‘computer says no’ attitude. Couldn’t show me any colour options and didn’t even have most of the colour options in stock. Every question I asked, I got a negative answer. Dealing with awkward, unhelpful staff gives absolutely no incentive to buy in-store. Might as well close the whole store, make your useless staff redundant and let customers buy online. At least we won’t have to deal with your miserable attitude. What a waste of time. Should have been an easy sale. Your loss!

Horrible customer service. Bought my phone one month ago in this store, noticed something different with the vibration and they didn’t even bother looking, insisting with me it was fine. Interesting enough 2 weeks before they acknowledged that it was faulty and wanted to take the phone in (I couldn’t leave it there at the moment).
Best way to solve it: go to a proper apple store with proper customer service and people who care about after sales.

Came into the store with a Broken phone, which just needed a restore to fix it. They offered a £25 service but first told us to go to our EE contractor to see if they could do it for free first, which they couldn't. We came back and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff, very informative, and would highly recommend.

Located inside coop at the back of the shop.
There was quite a long line when I came here on a weekday afternoon in December, but it moved quite quickly as there was 3 or 4 people working so I was impressed.
It is a little awkward as you essentially just line up down an aisle and so you are constantly having to move out the way for shoppers to be able to grab things behind you.
Service was polite and efficient.

I use this post office every single week day, and have been for the last two to three years. They are efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I have never seen them be rude to anyone, I can only conclude that the last customer was having a bad day and decided to take to google for revenge as she doesn't realise how lucky we are having this fab post office right on our doorstep, you can't please everyone!!. Very rude staff.
I walked in 2 minutes before closure and they happily let me in. When i asked them if i could post a package they asked me if the package was prepared yes or no. The only thing it needed was some tape, and therefore they kicked me out as the manager said “sorry, i was literally about to close” talking costumer service and going the extra mile?

Have been saying for years I'll stop going here as the staff are not friendly and the shop is very poorly stocked and slightly pathetic.
Last straw recently when one of the staff made a huge fuss after applying the wrong postage and acting as though I had changed my mind.. Funny thing is they have CCTV so he could easily go back and see his mistake and how horribly rude he was following.

Given up using this post office. Be prepared for quite a wait if theres any queue as the service is incredibly slow and inefficient. For post office services, i use delapre; efficient fast and knowledgeable. For parcels, the londos in hardingstone is an agent for ups..... half the cost and vastly better customer service.

This looks tatty around the edges and there is often a que, but they do their best to get to everyone. It's got a shop section with packaging and some cards, and is well used by everyone.

I come to this post office four or five times every week. More than nine times out of ten the wait times are short, but it all depends on whether the person in front of you is trying to pay for a passport application that they don't do there (in pennies). The staff are always friendly enough, it's usually an older and a younger man (younger man processes things quicker). Every so often there'll be a queue stretching towards the door and I turn around and come back later, but it's a good post office.

I only give one star for answering the phone. My husband sent me a tiny parcel while.i was on holiday containing heart medication i neededand thought this safest place to send it. They refused to accept or store it because they were not going to be paid so it went back to coventry main depot. Really bad attitude from staff

Leave signed for mail items scattered on the floor of the newsagents, in front of the mail counter. If you have to pick up mail from there you have to crawl around on your hands and knees looking through hundreds of old boxes to try to find your delivery. Disgusting.

Staff are friendly and helpful but don't bother rushing from work to collect a parcel because that counter - the one people actually use - closes at 17.30.
You can buy a stamp up to 18.30. But you won't be able to use it until 9.30 - or half an hour after most people start work - the following morning. Because, again, the useful part of the place runs on 1950s hours.
So if you're a traditional housewife or unemployed the place will serve your needs. But if you're not use DPD or some other 21st century service.

Shocking service. If I went outside and spoke to the pavement, the kerb stone would have a better understanding of what services Royal Mail have. The staff are clueless and suffer from runny brain syndrome. I went to Hermes and they served without any fuss (cheaper and collected at the door). The manager must be poor. Anyone with a clue would have fired the staff and got a plank of wood to do their job instead.

Seriously poor knowledge of procedures. Sent me to St Giles Street PO because they said I couldn't send a large parcel to Finland from their PO in Kingsthorpe. Extra petrol and parking to go to St Giles (who were extremely helpful ). At the St Giles Street PO they said that "there is no reason" why the transaction couldn't have been completed at Kingthorpe PO, other than "they couldn't be bothered" or they didn't know what to do.
This is the second time in a month I have received poor service from Kingsthorpe PO. Will I be going back?....

Just been today here. They did not accepted my phones witch been packed into soft envelopes. They told me that they ment to be packed into boxes. What??? Boxes? Since when people sending phones into boxes. That just a joke. Down a Barrack road or Kinglsey even in the town centre post office they always accept it. Just not Kingsthorpe one.

Second time now I have been given a wrong tracking number and once the parcel was untrackable due to this reason. Still had the audacity to rudely remark that I shouldve told them what I wanted when I did exactly that and she very rudely spoke over me to tell me differently and, it turned out, wrongly. Wouldn't be suprised if after insisting she close the envelope *for* me, that she failed to include my postal order. Rest assured, if I have any issue from this, I will take it to the authorities. Very disappointed about how this post office is run. Visited on 10/11/19 at 12:00 and little did I know a particular staff was upset. She swore, insulted whoever she was arguing with, and shouted across to the convenience shop inside the post office. Other staffs were observed to be getting on serving customers, but wow, there was no manager to help the angry staff know it is a public place. I cannot agree more with the negative experiences others have had. Weston Favell post office gives quality service.

We came here to send off a passport and it was all going well until the server decided to stop serving us and talk to her colleague. Normally this would be understandable but it was just to look at a watch too see if it was ticking. No comment was made to us explaining why this was happening and overall the whole service was poor as we left feeling not only neglected but was unsure what had happened with the passport.

Visited the branch this morning & I am extremely disappointed and shocked at the 'customer service' I received. My parents & I felt belittled by the way we were spoken to by the manager herself. I appreciate Lloyds pride themselves on providing 'excellent customer service' but this is not what we experienced today! I normally visit the branch closer to home but due to it being shut on the weekend I visited the town center one. A mistake I will not be making again. The staff also gave off the impression we were wasting there time & they were certainly not 'happy to help'. We ended up walking out since the manager mentioned several times 'you can do this at home yourself', so much for being 'happy to help'.
