A really nice guy knows his stuff and provides a first rate service at a fair price. Gets on with the job keeps you informed from start to finish. I took my computer to him on Tuesday afternoon and within an hour had found the problem and ordered the part.
Contacted me again on Wednesday evening to say it was ready to collect. Which I did on Thursday afternoon. Back up and running that evening as good as new.

My old MacBook graphics were playing up and Tom agreed to look at the issue on a "no cure - no pay" basis. For a very modest price, he replaced the mother board, fitted a new processor and conducted a clean install of an up to date OS. Very efficient, very good communication at all times and a perfect repair that has put off the massive outlay of a new MacBook for a year or two. No problems in recommending Tom.

Tom was most helpful today with his expertise in setting up business pages on social media networks and advice on how to use them to best effect to promote our business (something I had been struggling with and wasting time). We were greeted with a smile by Caitlin as soon as she saw us looking at cookers, we told her what we were looking for and from then on she couldn’t do enough to help. She went through all of our appliances with us explaining every detail from start to finish. Caitlin was so help full and listened to our questions and answers them with out any problems. The manager of carphone warehouse- Tara has been great ongoing support when I have had a few issues with my phone and she fought my corner when I was being messed about and she is a credit to the team. Most managers don't care about the customers or their experience. Tara was supportive and brilliant throughout the past couple of months of problems with my phone which are hopefully now all sorted! Ignorant staff who could not order an item to be delivered to the store but thought it was sufficient to say that the item was in stock at the store in the next town so go there. I went to another retailer and brought a superior item for a penny more, should have gone there first. I am very disappointed since I spent over £500 there last week.

The lady that works their is lovely, always has time to have a chat. They sell a huge range of items from last minuet gifts to cigarettes and tobacco products. Were lucky to have a post office in Eccelshall unlike stone, so if you want ours to stay open and with us please support it and keep it in business. I'm not a worker their or anything I just used to live in stone and I know how easy a post office can be taken away and how much of an impact that can have and don't want to see that happening here so please use it instead of staffords if you live here it does need our support, thanks all 😊

I’ve used Yarnfield Post Office for a number of years now since the Stone branch closed. I still use it now even though we’ve got a new branch locally. Always friendly and rarely have to queue for more than a couple of minutes. Highly recommended.

I visit the post office quite frequently and have found the one lady to be very friendly and helpful. The older one with long hair though is sour faced and won't go out her way for anyone. Most times ive been shes been outside smoking and then makes you feel like your a nuisance for the interruption

I use this shop on a regular basis, being the nearest post office to where I live. I have always had friendly, courteous service. The added bonus is that I can drop off ebay patcels on a sunday. Its so important to make use of these little village shops. So many are closing causing much inconvenience to we rural dwellers

Is what it is, does what the tin says too. Useful info - they hold letters, parcels etc. for 18 days before returning to sender. You MUST have the actual piece of red cardboard with you and show photo ID with address on to get at it. A photo of the card is no good, having the item number and correct ID is no good. The red uniform adorned gatekeepers are very strict... but I like it, it demonstrates responsibility and efficiency lol 😆

Usually a nice post office and local shop. However I went in this morning with some parcels to post, after pulling a face at me when I mentioned about the parcels, I asked of the post office side was open, just in case it wasn’t, as it was just before 9am. I then had a face pulled at me again and told they wouldn’t be for much longer if I continued to prepay postage labels instead of purchasing from them.
I ended up walking out as I don’t appreciate being moaned at when doing a simple task.
I appreciate their viewpoint but as a consumer of Royal Mail who advertise I can drop a prepaid parcel at any post office branch, rather than using any competitive courier company, I just wasn’t impressed

Called to discuss a parcel and before I could even finish my sentence the guy interrupted me and told me they would not be able to tell me if my package was there as there were 30 parcels and they would not be able to go through them all to see if mine had arrived.
Can't be arsed more like, what do you get paid for?
Quite unhelpful in general and please learn some social and people skills.

Ridiculously long queues most of the time, especially when I go in which is whilst on my lunch break or on a Saturday. Do find staff friendly though, but certainly would not use it if there was one near where I live but there isn't since they took many of the ones on estates away. Nightmare with steep stairs when I have fair few items to return.

Rude uncooperative staff that don't stick to what they say. Tried twice to send a parcel but this proves to hard for them. A disgrace to the company. Suggest using another professional post office with some knowledge of customer service and company standards.

After splitting up with my partner, who had not allowed me any access to the joint finances, I found myself having to piece together what was actually happening with my money every month, having to open myself a new bank account, trying to separate what was my financial responsibility and what were joint responsibility, all at a time when I was obviously having to deal with a lot of other issues. The staff in this branch couldn't do enough for me, especially Anne who has been "my Rock".

went to draw money out today with my natwest debit card and the machine literally ate my card, so i went into the bank to ask why this had happened and they said they was unsure and there was nothing they could do about it so i have had to order another card because there machines eat your cards! worst customer service ever and not very helpful at all do not draw money out of this banks machine unless you want your card robbed.

Very disappointed. I tried to open an account, but was told I would have to make an appointment and come back another day. I would have understood if they were busy, but i was the only customer in the branch and there was at least 4/5 staff sitting around not doing anything. I went to a building society instead and they did it there and then in 15 mins. Always giving you extra??? Yeah right.

Joined Nationwide, as many people do, with the lure of the £100.00 for both me and my Father. This turns out to not be the case.
Nationwide claims to have sent emails and post, however it has gone through neither my/my dad's inbox or letterbox. After chasing this a few months later, we were essentially told we had missed our window in spite of us both still having nationwide accounts. While an attractive offer, it comes with hidden catches that will result in you with a new account and no money.
Would not recommend.

An absolute disgrace!
I was told by the call centre that there were no appointments but someone should be able to help in branch.
So I went in with my elderly grandmother to help her sort out a problem. We were confronted by an army of walking iPads who showed as much compassion and independent thought as the tablet they were holding. They all blankly said “no, you need an appointment”. Meanwhile the staff member who deals with appointments was sat on her own “waiting”.
They even failed to book an appointment for a future date, simply apologising for the “system failure”.

Terrible service. I deposited a cheque on a Monday morning. The next day I did the telephone automated service on the phone to fine out the balance. I understand that it wouldn't have cleared in just one day, but the system didn't even acknowledge that the cheque had been deposited. So I waited and was put through to a assistant. He told me that it wasn't on his computer screen either. You would have thought with today's technology it would have been. So then,I Google searched the branches phone number and asked them. After a long wait,a woman finally answered. she told me that it wouldn't show any balance at all until the cheque is cleared. With that way of doing things,how are we supposed to know if the staff have actually deposited it? She was really eager to end the call aswell, which made me feel awkward.

Terrible Service, Very Slow, Admittedly there are a couple of good members of staff but on the whole not a great bank, although I think that can be told by the fact they put big stones outside the sheltered bit at the side of the store so that homeless people wouldn't be able to seek shelter there when it rain.
I've lived in Stafford all my life and I know a lot of business are very supportive towards the homeless and I think you have to be a really cold hearted business to stop those less fortunate being able to seek some shelter from the rain.
They say The Co-Op is a company that cares about people and the local community.
Doesn't even deserve one star.
