My Mac was showing flashing question after my holiday, had lots of reports to submit an IT company in my area said i should go to Apple, when i called Apple they gave me 2 weeks turnaround time and a ridiculous bill. Called this guys and honestly it was unbelievable they did it within 24 hours. So excited. Would recommend anytime anyway.

I would AVOID this place as they care more about over charging than providing a service. Much better and reasonably priced computer repair services are available in town. I regret taking my laptop to this place, and to be charged £35 to only tell what I knew was wrong with my laptop - and then to be quoted £250 to repair a laptop that is 9 years old that cost less than £250. I will avoid this place at all cost!!!!!

Today I took my mac in to reinstall the original software. He said it would take till tomorrow but William was absolutely amazing and got it done in a few hours and was very prompt with getting in contact for me to collect. He also helped me put it back into my car so it didn't get damaged.
Would definitely recommend him for any and all computer related problems.

Really awful service, look else where if you need a laptop repair. Don't waste your time and money.
They claimed they had resolved my laptop issues and took my money, then when I booted the laptop up at home the issues were still present. Phoned up to ask if I could come in for a refund and it was refused. No apology from them, was argued with over the phone and was talked over.
They also are rarely in the office due to understaffing which makes contacting them a nightmare, and when my laptop was finally ready to pick up I had to wait until a day when staff were in the office to collect it.
Very unhappy customer.

We went looking for a cheap electric cooker for a rental property that we could take away. The salesman was very helpful & appreciated our circumstances, giving useful advice. There was a good range to consider that could be delivered in a few days but we found one that was in store. It was wheeled out to our car & put in the boot for us. On the hottest day of the year, the air con in the store was brilliant!

Sales guy seemed knowledgeable and was versions helpful, even carrying the box down to my car. Went in to buy a hand held vacuum. Not much choice in the smaller versions as all had very limited run time. Ended up with a Dyson V7 - relatively light weight with good running time and recharging... have yet to use so no idea actually how good it is but I have high hopes!

Helpful, efficient staff that quickly realised we knew which oven we wanted and didn't try to get us to buy something more expensive. They simply got on getting the product so we could pay for it and they helped wheel it to our car. Thanks for such a simple transaction 🙂

I went here last Friday because I was looking for TV and a internet/land line package for my Nan and Granddad's house. The staff here where very helpful with them and very good with advice. I believe that my grandparents have now order a TV from them and also a package which covers internet. TV and phone line. I would definitely come here for my self in the future to look at the packages once a move into a flat or house.

I requested my parcel be redelivered on Saturday. Didn't happen, so after waiting around all day I had wait 2 days to go to this place on the off chance that it was there. Royal Mail Customer Services would not put me through or make any attempt to check if the parcel was there. Luckily it was.

It's a sorting office customer pickup point. Start are polite and helpful and even when busy the queue goes down quite quickly. It's not easy to access by road from North Swindon but it's not somewhere I go by choice.

Worse post office ever, extremely rude to customer. Not helpful at all. They made a mistake previously and now not willing to release the parcel because one of the four words for my name on the parcel is not included on my photo ID. Manager came out saying they are not getting pay for this. First time ever in my life. Rubbish.
Edit: Just talked to another post office, they said these people must be new. So just avoid them when possible.

They merged the self service queue with the regular queue. I frequently find myself stuck behind a long queue of customers who are queuing for counter service while the machines sit empty.
They seem to have taken away all the counter staff which, given the numbers of people who require them seems madness. I can only imagine they want to force them to use self service. I think it's more likely they'll use Commercial Rd P.O. instead.
Also, WHY do they close the post boxes and ask you to hand post to mail staff. Then there are no staff to give the mail to. If you want people to use self service they need to be able to post it. Incredibly frustrating. At times I've waited about 10 minutes to find someone to give the mail to. I've got a great idea to solve this problem easily though- a secure box with an opening just the right size for customers to leave items of mail they've just stamped. They could call it a postbox!
With these moves it's almost as if they've asked themselves "What can we do to make it slower and less user-friendly?"

A disgraceful outfit, not fit for purpose an prepaid LARGE LETTER weighing under 100g with a 2nd class Large Letter stamp on (83p) was handed in and proof of posting was requested a simple transaction.
The clerk on Horizon terminal 4 then charged the sender for 1st class signed for an additional £4.55 and even then deducting the value of the stamp already on the LARGE LETTER incorrectly cheating the customer once again. Extra revenue in their pockets through blatant fraud.

Queues are always long and waits are easily in excess of 30mins more often than not. The service is usually far below that expected of a Post Office. If I could give zero stars than I would. You are probably better off going to the Post Office inside Co-Op in Walcot.

Left me stranded an hour from home at 10pm - "computer says no".
So, I left my lights on at work for the second time in a 28 day period. Only the second time I called in 6 months. Just needed a jump start. Apparently its a "pre - existing condition" because I did it a few weeks back, and requires a"garage inspection" utter tosh!
I suppose the same would happen if one ran out of fuel twice in a 28 day period too? They wouldn't discuss it, "computer says no". Pre-existing condition indeed.
We live busy lives, trying to work hard, I forgot to turn my headlights off - it's hardly a pre-existing condition! Utter nonsense!
Read the small print, people, this company will try its best to wheedle out of the agreement you thought you had, in order to save a few quid.
Never again would I take out breakdown cover with this cowboy outfit.
Luckily, my (very sick) wife was able, with difficulty, to make her way to me in an hour with a set of jump leads. A simple 2 minute job, once she arrived (for this amatuer non mecganic) and everything was fixed and ready to go.
Where Nationwide failed, a sick lady succeeded.

They spotted some unauthorised activity on my debit card and stopped the payment. They contacted me and explained what had gone on. The team were fantastic and had a new card with me within 3 days. Worst Bank Ever!
The worst bank I have ever used. Sent us credit cards that were refused on first use, then blocked, whilst abroad and they could care less! Send out surveys that dont work.
Offer high interest incentives on savers, then take them away within months.
Asked CEO to commend two branch staff that tried to be really helpful, said he would then 3 months later had done nothing, how ignorant!
CEO helped himself to over £2m in salary despite profits down £100m and paid himself £500 a day in expenses. Unbelievable arrogance!
Claim to be a members building society but really helping themselves to as much as they can and care less about their members/customers!

Nationwide goes above and beyond for me every time I go into a branch. They are friendly and genuinely want to help you. I was served by Callum in the pipers way branch and he was so so lovely! Even printed out my NI insurance number for me, I was really impressed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible. The best solution would be to shut down the computer of power off your phone and outline an action plan. If turning off the device is impossible, try to use it as little as possible.
Make up a list of devices where the necessary files have been saved.
Try to remember the chain of events from creating the files to deleting them.
