My Samsung tablet I believed (though hardly used) dead. Wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge. Fixed £5 & told they made so as not to let completely discharge (won't be doing that again). My satnav, tomtom, also thought dead. Simple as back, where lead attaches broken, £15. For £20 I got two pieces of equipment up & running again. Can't fault that. Well pleased & will defo use again (electrical equipment 😕). Also 100% recommend!!

Have been using PC 2000 for many years as have my family,always good honest service and advice plus good prices.never had any reason for complaint.Took laptop in for repair last week, it was out of warranty but they supplied a new psu and checked laptop over at no cost to me.
really nice people, can't understand the negative comments, i suspect that there is more to the story than is written,Out of every 10 reasonable people there will always be one that no shop in the world could please.

Took it in to see if they had a charger that worked with my custom built, high spec laptop (expensive).
They proceeded to test chargers out and blew my dc port which could have resulted in considerable damage to the motherboard and other parts (it's currently in for repair at a different shop). As soon as it happened they said "it's short circuited, it will be £90 to repair." Even though it was them that caused the damage.
Very bad. Would avoid at all costs.

Without question the worst PC repair shop in Britain. As an educated, well spoken and polite black professional I was really taken aback by the level of rude hostility and suspicion I received from the owners of this shop. I can only interpret their behaviour as overt racism. Additionally, communications were difficult due to poor English being spoken. Further, my PC went in for a minor repair and was completely destroyed by the work that was done to it...that I paid for..... Terrible customer service, terrible repair service and if you care about racism then boycott this store. Failing that, under no circumstances put your PC into this store for a repair. You will regret it. I am informing trading standards of my experience aswell as the local council. Truly disgusted.

Just how popular the post office/Shop is due to the regulars who know the staff on first name basis. This isn’t my nearest post office but I use it as the opening times of this Post Office fit in better with me and the customer service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. The counter is even open on Sundays!!!!

Asked on a Wednesday if I could have their full postal address as I would like to have a parcel delivered via the Poste Restante service, was told that was ok and a member of the staff behind the counter hand wrote the address for me!
Went in on the Thursday to collect it and was told it had come but they refused it as the dont do Poste Restante? After being told the day before they do!
The postage for the parcel was £14 to send next day! And includes urgent meds!
Now can not locate the parcel? Had they just taken it and held it for less then 6 hrs I would have the parcel which no one now knows it’s location!
The staff here need to get on the same page!
And as for the male member of staff I dealt with, well he couldn’t have been any less helpful or any more arrogant if he had wanted to be!

For the past few years we have used this post office on a regular basis . The young lady is efficient smiling and very helpful such an improvement on the previous owners . Also the delivery of our newspapers has been brilliant . If the paperboy was off for any reason we have always had a delivery later on by one of the family can’t fault this service.

I use this post Office quite a bit as I buy and sell via eBAY. Not Sure what's up with Jas Singh, but i sense a bit of the green eyed monster!
I often purchase my wine from here as well mainly when they have the special deals on. Overall I would say the service is excellent!

worst post office I have ever visited, the Asian lady owner is the rudest most stuck up women I have come across! I was waiting behind a chap who wanted his benefit after he exited the shop, the lady made a comment belittling the man for being in benefits! I addressed her on this and she ignored me,! Thankfully sanghas supermarket have opened a post office in store, the staff are brilliant and friendly unlike the dark and dreary broad lane post office, ppl like to have a rapport with their post person but this lady is so stuck up she doesn't even say hello upon arrrival or after she has served you no goodbye! Also the alcohol is ridiculously over priced , must not be doing that well to be honest as nijjers few doors away is cheaper by about 20 per cent! Also when I had newspapers delivered they were never on time and the lady used to delivery them with her son while she drove the car after he finished school so I got to read my paper in the evening. Postmaster I think (indian man) is very rude, we paid online for parcel and dropped it off. He complains we should use the shop, and refused to stamp paperwork even though it’s post office requirement. Grow up and do your job!

Small local office that I think is family run... sometimes it’s better as you get a more personal approach if your a regular post office user but can also be an inconvenience as there is not enough staff. Usually only 1 or two people and often a long que to the door.
The Lady who works in there often comes across rude. No real eye contact, no ‘how can I help you’ no smile, and no ‘thank you, goodbye’
Basic customer service is missing if u ask me 🤷🏽♀️
Definitely room for improvement.

A few issues with photos at first as the original images I had taken elsewhere weren't up to scratch but got my passport photos done correctly in this post office at 4 pound, cheaper then anywhere else,so thanks for the reduction in price for the photos. I sent the photos off to the agencies, the application was good, and my passport application was approved.

I really wish that Royal mail will grow again as a company , but I have to be onest at this moment I understand why they are where they are. I am an investor as well and I think something needs to change . I still use their services but at least in this office some of the staff has to change their atitudine in regard to their customers. Terrible experience. Not enough staff, and the man who was there was unable to articulate effectively what he was trying to say to me in English. Long wait to get served, and unfriendly customer service. Used to be a great post office until these new owners took over within the last couple of years. Will have to change post office, as the wait to get served at this one is simply far too long. The younger guy who works here is very polite and pleasant though.

Rude
I printed my own postage attached to a parcel and took it to the post office for a proof of postage.
For whatever reason the woman behind the counter didn't want to know. She refused to accept the parcel past the glass screen, failed to scan a barcode correctly before telling me I'd have to take it to the sorting office.
She was wrong, unhelpful and rude.
Upon taking the parcel to a different post office they accepted it willingly, despite the first woman messing up the tracking number onto the system...
I will not be visiting again.

The staff at this post office are useless and do not understand Royal Mail rules.
They insist that you cant use NVI stamps (these are 1st, 2nd, large etc-where the monetary value of the stamp is not printed on it) on post going abroad (Airmail). Ive checked with Royal Mail and you CAN use any current stamp for postage abroad, in fact no other post office causes this problem.
My advice is use another local post office where the staff know what they are doing!!!
