Went there today after reading all the good reviews and asked to check my iPhone 7 not holding charge. They assessed my phone and suggested that it's needed new battery because my battery capacity was 61% which is not good.
They change my phone battery in less than 30 minutes and so far it's working well.

I got my iphone 6S Plus repaired today by Ahmed. He promised he would get my phone repaired in half an hour and he fulfilled his promise. The phone looks as good as new and works exactly as it did when I first purchased it. He also mentioned that if I have any further problems with the touch I can always bring this back for him to look it at no additional cost (excluding any fault with the actual body work). Excellent work Ahmed and will definitely be sending more customers your way! I wouldn’t go to any other phone repair shop in stoke. Make sure you go check it out you won’t be left disappointed. Went in today with a smashed iPhone 7 screen, no appointment and had it fixed within an hour for miles cheaper than anywhere else l'd had quote from!!
Friendly and professional service , also given a receipt so I could return if there were any issues which has not been the case in the past with other phone repair shops! I don't drop my phone again but if I do I'd definitely come back!

I finally agreed on a build and purchased all the components through Overclockers for shop collection. The order was ready for collection less than 2 hours after placing it and the process was very easy once I got to their store front in Newcastle-under-Lyme, the staff were also great. After now finishing the build I can confirm everything was packaged tidily and safely, avoiding damage and allowing for build completion in no time with no issues. Cheers

The machine they have built for me is totally amazing and runs beautifully. Been using OCUK for as long as I can remember, well over a decade. I have built multiple rigs and purchased all sorts of products from them including overclocked rigs. The customer service and pricing is always superb. Whenever I need anything PC based OCUK is always my first stop.

Loads of stuff to pick from. It's like argos. You pick what you want, tell the staff, wait and then it comes out from the warehouse and you pay. Good prices but check online. Staff can be rude sometimes and talk to you like you know nothing. Returns desk is not manned and you have to buzz for attention which sometimes they ignore. And for some reason you cant take something back and exchange it. You have to get a refund then buy a replacement.

Drove across town to post parcels and other business, but on arrival at 18:50 was told by the guy behind the counter that it was closed. Pleasant and friendly staff always with a smile and ready to help. There wasn’t more than a 5 minute wait to be served due to both ladies being on the tills. I only called in to get a couple of first class stamps and the lady assistant went out of her way to make small talk with me. The usual pleasantries etc etc. A nice experience indeed.

Excellent post office. Open when others are closed. Works on a Sunday. Fast service, with add extra members of staff opening service windows when the queue size increases. They're also friendly and helpful with unusual postal requirements. (This is my favorite post office)
The Rymans is a relatively small but well-stocked stationary shop also with friendly staff ! =)

Staff have always been excellent whenever I have been in here, but all too often they are understaffed... a universal issue with any retail setting, I fear. There is a great range of high quality stationary, and specials every week - Rymans shop and products - and I have always found the queue to move well when there is one at the Post Office counter... I usually time my posting to make sure I take advantage of this post office, near my work place, rather than the one near my home. Keep up the excellent work!

Member of staff serving was rude from the get go. Treated me as if I was a child and persisted to be overly forceful and rude while I was simply trying to post my parcel. Upon asking why the postage was so high compared to my usual fees the only answer I got was that I was robbing the royal mail and all my postage beforehand was wrong. I politely asked for my parcel back I was was simply unhappy with how I was being treated, the member of staff forcefully gripped it when handing it back which felt aggressive then said something behind my back as I walked of. I did angrily reply by simply saying his customer service was appalling as I left the store. I would always recommend the royal mail over other services just not this man

After the main post office in Victoria street closed a post office counter was opened in the Nisa store (Biraks) on the High street. The lady was very helpful in my request and on this occasion I didn’t have to wait for more than a couple of minutes to be served. This service is better than nothing but a bespoke post office is far superior.

Visited this place twice, only because it was the closest at the time. It has definitely been the worst Post Office I have ever seen, dated and understaffed. Last time I went in (it has been a while) I felt like I was unwanted and the person behind the counter gave me a unwelcome look.

This is by far the worst post office I've ever been to in my life. I went to return a parcel and and found myself in a gloomy, dull and miserable room that had no resemblence to a post office, had it not been for the post office sign I would have missed it completely. The post office is way too small to accommodate any more than 5 people, it looks like a world war 2 evacuation shelter inside and needs major refurbishment, I can not remember the last time I went in a building as old as that. There was only one member of staff working there and he did not seem bothered about the long queue and could have been a lot quicker so I ended up being there half an hour. Eventually when I did get served I got told by the guy that he couldn't process my parcel with the new QI labels as they aren't up to date with it just like they don't seem up to date with anything and still seem stuck in the 1920's. Had a bad experience here and I rarely write reviews but avoid this post office at all costs. Just a side note they sell sweets, drinks and snacks there but they look so unappealing god knows how long they have been there for and it seems more like a car boot sale with them. Messy and Tacky inside and out along with the service. If I could give 0 stars I would and I'm baffled there aren't many other complaints which is mind boggling to say the least. Avoid at all costs!

Returned my international parcelforce parcel after 3 days. I am meant to have 18 days to collect it. What a waste of my time! The shop smells, they are always short staffed and cannot manage large queues and the chap can be quite curt.

The owners are lovely to deal with but employees are sharp, unhelpful and I only visit if I really need to now. I have only visited this post office twice and for good reason. A particular member of staff has spoken very rudely to me on both occasions and attempted to humiliate me when in fact he was in the wrong. I'd rather walk to a post office 10 miles away than to go here again. Poor service.

I have always found this post office and its staff friendly, efficient and always ready to help me in any way they can, in fact on times have gone above and beyond, I cannot praise the staff highly enough, nothing is too much trouble for them and this very rare nowadays. Incredibly slow. I've been before at opening and left 30mins later as needed to go work. I was only 3rd in queue. Once you do get served they are friendly though quite quiet so you may have to ask them to repeat instructions, prices etc.

There is a lady there with short blonde hair and glasses who is by far the worst, if you're served by her just expect to have a terrible service. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.
I send international parcels often to family through Parcel Force (after having many missing parcels through Royal Mail tracked) and most of the staff members I’ve dealt with are rude and condescending. They do not help you with missing parcels and if you need guidance with filling in the custom forms then expect to be spoken to like an idiot and not given helpful advice. Unpleasant experience each time.

Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible.
